Slaask automatically provides default data (location, operating system, local time, etc.) as well as enriched data (first name, last name, company name, etc.) directly to your team about any of your leads and customers through Slack. (click here to learn more about setting up enriched data).
In other words, if a lead or customer begins chatting with your team via the Slaask live chat or other media, such as Facebook, Twitter, etc., his/her information will be shown at the very beginning of the conversation.
An alternative way to get access to your lead/customers’ data is by using the command /slaask and choosing “Details” from the menu to pull his/her data.
As defined above, the lead/customer data may vary depending on whether or not you are using the identify function.
If it is an unknown new lead, Slaask will show the following:
- The location, current page, language, local time, platform, browser, IP, last known referrer, page views and conversation history.
If it is a known lead or customer, Slaask will be able to display the following information about the user:
- Location, current page, language, local time, platform, browser, IP, last known referrer, page views and conversation history, ID, email, first name, last name, and all the other information you’ve setup using the identify function.
- Everyone can get access to this feature.
- Available on all plans.
