Adding a hyperlink in a live chat message

If you want to insert a hyperlink into any text sent to your leads and customers via Slaask, we recommend you use this syntax:
<https://example.com/ | This is the page you are looking for>
For example, if you send
<https://get.slaask.com/blog | This is the official Slaask blog> to a lead or a customer, they will only see “This is the official Slaask blog”. The text will be clickable and will redirect to the URL as defined.

  Note:
You can use this syntax everywhere on Slaask: in triggers, canned responses, surveys and live chats.
