Understanding Slaask User Roles

Slaask User Roles Description:

Slaask integrates User Roles designed to provide the Slack admin with the ability to control what users can and cannot do within the Slaask app. A Slack admin can manage the user access to capabilities such as editing the billing information, personalizing widgets, managing integrations, creating auto messages, setting up bots, getting access to analytics, viewing contacts and conversations, managing the team and the team-related features, and managing other users, by assigning a specific role to each of the users.

Summary of the four Slaask User Roles

Slack Admin – somebody who has access to all the administration features.

Administrator – somebody who has access to all the administration features excepting the billing features.

Rep. Manager – somebody who has access to analytics, conversations history, contacts history, and all the team-related administration features.

Rep. – somebody who has no access to the administration features and only focuses on chatting with leads and customers through Slack.
